Console presence is shown on Accounts. Connected means the runtime channel is reachable; it does not confirm game RPC health.
Worker Status
Live worker telemetry is not yet available in this dashboard. An active lease does not confirm that a worker is online.

Rate-limit and scan-speed telemetry are not yet connected. Shared scan and spin cooldown settings remain in Server Play.

Released accounts may still require a valid token, cooldown completion, and eligibility checks before assignment. Enrolled / restricted is an enrollment flag, not a live client. In use is a stored account flag, not proof of a connected Console. Held and enrolled accounts are not automatically released.
